Shower/locker room. Towels provided. Elevated FLY floor offers cushion easier on joints. Established in 2022. FLY opened September 12th 2022 after 2 long years of set backs on the build out. We founded this community to build up others to be the very best version of themselves and to learn to FLY First Love Yourself.

I love coming to FLY! Very family oriented atmosphere and I appreciate the 1:1 care from the fitness instructors.
I have been a member for over a year! The best decision I have made for my health. I struggle to work out on my own... but love the motivation I receive from the trainers and owners at FLY. I even got a co-worker to join with me! I highly recommend joining and working out at FLY! #noonclassiswhereitsat
