Finishing up my year of 2021 and feeling so grateful for this studio. It has really brought me out of a painful funk of not enjoying working out. Coming from a dance background this place has brought musicality and joy in movement back into my routine that I had put to rest a few years ago. Fly is small but SHE is fierce. Can’t wait to see this company’s future and all the wonderful souls it houses.
