Got a flat going down Marbach and the culprit was a couple of staples. The man at the shop helped me unload/load my bike from my car. He showed me the best way to properly maintain the e-bike and he fixed my rear flat tire right then and there in less than 20 minutes. No BS with tickets, and miscellaneous fees. A one man shop with outstanding customer service. I had to go get an inner tube at Walmart because he didn’t have the 27.5 size at the store but that was more than reasonable. Took in an Ebike from another MFG, he worked on it right away, fixed it, checked all the controls, lights, adjusted brakes etc, 30 min DONE! Great service!!
