I wish I had paid attention to their ratings before going there. I spent money on a throttle last month. The throttle went bad in a month. Mo came back for repairs. He charged me again and the throttle went bad again in two days. He offered to pay back for the second throttle, but I told him dude you gotta pay me to get to the train station to even get there cause now I gotta lug a heavy ass scooter just to get to the train station to get to you and he’s talking about no in other words, I would not do business with them ever... read more
Don't go there. They have no respect, and the prices are outrageous.
Somthing simple - plug in the same color wires for E trike - other local bike shop failed - cannot even distinguish the same color. and no power, the trike was dead, I was very devastated. Came here today with the least of hope, although the work was simple, they were willing to find the problem and my E trike is working!!! Solution can be simple but when you don't find it, the issue becomes overwelmingly big. It's like one candle light brightens up the whole house. Thank you!
The shop is not doing well.
