I bought a brand-new electric bicycle three months ago, and it started failing by the first month. I’ve had to repair it three times, and today, once again, it had an electrical short. They don’t take responsibility, they give no warranty, and they don’t even provide the order number so you can speak directly to the manufacturer. AVOID THIS PLACE PEOPLE! With so many e-bike places around, I picked this one and truly regret my decision. They not only didn't do what was agreed, but when I went back to complain they've sent me away totally disregarding my objections . And the cherry on top, they took off my bike horn and just said they didn't take it. Imagine a car shop taking your car's accessories! LITERALLY ZERO STARS!
