DAMAGED MY BIKE: I brought a brand new e bike fresh out the box and asked if they could tighten the brakes, wheels and handlebar. When I returned the handle bar and side of the bike scuffed- black paint chipped, brown leather seat covered in scuffs and black grease. The computer display screen was CRACKED!!! They laughed in my face and said they didn’t do it. When I told them it’s impossible I just took it out of the box and walked it here in perfect condition but they simply did not care.
