I had a really disappointing experience at this salon. The staff seemed rushed and didn’t really listen to what I wanted. My haircut looked uneven, and when I pointed it out, they brushed me off instead of fixing it. The atmosphere also didn’t feel welcoming — I felt like I was bothering them just by being there. For the price I paid, I expected way better service and results. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.
I had a very disappointing experience at Fly Designs by Misty. My hair was completely messed up and not at all what I asked for. On top of that, I was upcharged without being told beforehand. For the price I paid, I expected much better service and results. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning and would not recommend this salon.
This place is very unprofessional. They were unorganized and rude. It felt as if I was non-existent and the only time they spoke directly to me was when they were talking bad about a high school girl which I feel is very unprofessional, and overall not a welcoming environment. I drive 70 miles every 6 weeks because of Misty. She is an amazing hairdresser, friend and lady.
