Had a great experience from start to finish buying my first car with Costa. The whole process was made easy and straightforward, especially given it was the week before Christmas and I had to organise finance. Friendly, honest service and the car was great value and is in fantastic condition.
We drove a long way to view this vehicle, but the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. The salesperson, Jax, immediately focused on price instead of allowing us to inspect or test drive the car. We were sent to the office to “discuss numbers” and left waiting unattended for a long time. Car was not roadworthy after pickup. I'm not making any accusations, but it was almost as if the wheels had been changed out after roadworthy, similar to other reviews on here. Again, this is just how it seemed and I am not making any suggestion that Fly Autohaus deliberately modified the vehicle after the inspection, or that they are using a dodgy roadworthy provider.
