Literally the most unprofessional and worst car dealership I've ever dealt with. I paid a deposit (have receipts and agreements of sale) to purchase a listed vehicle and FLY Autohaus sold the vehicle, I've contacted FLY Autohaus multiple times via email and phone over the course of a year! I would exercise caution and do complete thorough checks of your own if choosing to purchase a vehicle from this company! In our experience, you cannot trust the staff to do as you agree, nor as they give you their word. Furthermore, their practice is questionable as they initially tried to deny my purchaser rights by not providing a warranty. Really disappointing experience with this dealership. I paid a $1,000 deposit for a car based on what I was told at the time. There were no service records available then, but the salesperson (Harry) assured me it had a full service history and that it would be subject to my satisfaction — this was also written in the invoice. Ridiculously undervalued my trade in (by 8k) When I asked how he came to that figure, Jax said , "we gotta make money" retail value is 25k, they offered 11-13k every other dealer I'd been to offered between 17-19k Be carefully people, do your homework, get other opinions. By the very brief experience I've had with these people, I would definitely not recommend.
