I was "that guy" who got a new drone and two days later needed an arm re-attached. Enter Fix and Fly Drones. An absolute pleasure working with Craig. He fixed the issue promptly, saving me downtown. His service was so good, I have no worries about crashing this drone again, because I know Fix and Fly will get me back in the air in no time and at a reasonable cost. If you have any drone issues, Craig is the man!
While on vacation in Florida I was shooting an Air bnb shoot and had an unfortunate run in with a power line. I was able to drop it off the next morning. The repair was more extensive then I thought but Craig was able to get it shipped to DJI and do all the leg work. Paired the replacement to the controller and got it back to me quicker than I planned on.
