Craig was excellent. I use my drone if not daily, probably at least every other day for my business. It's critical my drone is operational. I struck a overhanging tree branch while inspecting a 2 story apartment building. It fell to the ground and the arm was damaged and received a hardware error and wouldn't fly again. I was very happy with my overall experience with Fix 'n Fly Drones in addressing my DJI mini 3 pro repair. It took some time as it needed to be sent to DJI, but thoughout the process, communications from Craig were excellent. I have flown the drone 3 times since receiving it back with no issues.
I cannot express the amount of gratitude & appreciation I have for Mr. Craig. Very knowledgeable, honest & professional in his craft.
