Dropping in? Looking for a CrossFit box/gym?! I dropped in today and was met with the friendliest group of athletes and coach ever! Coach Ren was wonderful! She showed me around and explained everything to me with boundless enthusiasm! At NO point did I feel awkward or like I didn’t belong there. The warmup and WOD was epic (Fran) and everyone was giving fist bumps afterwards. Do yourself a favor and drop in or sign up at CrossFit FLXR!!! They rock!!!
