Was very pleased with the way we were treated. Every one we dealt with were very helpful and pleasant to work with. Jessie went over everything that needed to be done with our RV and called us if there was anything else that they found. They did not do anything without our approval. FLX RV & Auto Group is an extremely professional, friendly business that we highly recommend. They not only performed normal service on our 5th wheel but went above and beyond in regards to our A/C units. They weren’t performing at full capacity. Jessi contacted the company and did all of the paperwork needed to receive a new unit under warranty. We were also very impressed and appreciative that our unit came back spotless
Great communication and timeliness of work. Provided custom fabrication solutions to keep my travel trailer on the road and functioning well. Willingness to provide site visits in an area where that service is impossible to find is a huge plus.
Amazing customer service and an absolute pleasure to work with. Our RV had a long list of repairs and they spent the time to talk through what each repair required. Very happy with the work!
