What an excellent experience. I am not a spin person, and frankly found the idea intimidating, however I attended a class instructed by Erin and I couldn’t believe the level of inclusivity and kindness in this space. I Tried my first ever spin class today at Fluxx.As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by 2 very friendly staff members. Once in the class, the instructor came over and helped me set up and gave me lots of great tips. Once the class started, the fun began. The vibe in the room was awesome! Staff keeps the space and equipment very clean, perfectly organized and decorated to inspire!
I love Fluxx! It’s a special place that is welcoming to all body types and fitness levels and is encouraging without feeling harsh or too intense. Also you get an amazing workout and it’s super fun :)
