Very quick and professional install. Made extra sure the existing pipes and fittings were tight and secure, which some were loose. Highly recommended, and John is super friendly and personable!

We arrived in our Whistler VRBO rental to find two clogged toilets on a Friday evening, and the excellent and very responsive host said he’d work to get a plumber out asap the next morning — but then texted back to let us know that John from Flux would be out that evening to help us out. Needless to say, we were very appreciative of his willingness to come over sooner despite the late hour, and John made quick work of whatever dental floss or other wrongness a previous guest had flushed. Super nice guy, too!
