I called as a walk in for 3pm, the first time ever coming to Flux on Saturday Aug 9th. Came in for a cut and diffusion blow dry. I will politely say I would never return and leave it that. Brittney Edit/update: Lori, quickly remedied the situation which I am appreciative of!
