Jake is the absolute best. Everyone always wants to “know a guy” when they have a problem. Jake is THE guy when it comes to HVAC and electric. He has saved us thousands, he only uses top line equipment, and seems to always be available if we ever have an issue. He is easily the most valuable contact we have with respect to maintaining the functions of our home. I can’t recommend him enough.
Jacob is such a professional! He is solution-oriented. He has technical knowledge. He is determined to satisfy his client and will not accept payment until he is certain the job is complete. To ensure this, he will check back daily, up to 3 days post work. He provides guidance and tells you what to look for and how to troubleshoot, if necessary. Flux Electric is the only Electrical and HVAC contractor I have used for the past 15 years, I have used him for countless projects, and I consider him the most knowledgeable, honest, reasonable, and professional in the business.
Jake really helped us out during the current heatwave. Our AC was failing and needed to be replaced. He took the time to go over options, pricing, and was flexible with scheduling. We are happy we found Flux Electric and will continue to use them in the future.
