Case manager didn’t manage my case very well. Found it hard to get any help here. Not sure what they are really doing to help people with mental health problems other than billing insurance for stuff that never took place.
The receptionist was very unprofessional. When I spoke with the gentleman prior to the date of the appointment, he lacked professionalism when I spoke to him. Multi-tasking while trying to assist with the initial setup for appointment. He advised me to come 2 hrs prior to appointment time. When I arrived the day of appointment 2hrs early, he tried to act like he didn't know what I was talking about.
