I was required to give a credit card number when making an appointment. The day before I received a confirmation message that takes you to the scheduling link. I clicked on the link thinking I could either confirm or cancel but there was no option to cancel and it automatically confirmed the appointment. I am a very busy RN who works in the operating room and literally never gets a break for lunch.
