I would give Fluttering Bloom designs 5 stars over and over. Shelly was so personable to work with, someone you could easily be friends with. She carried out my vision for colors and design better than I could have ever described. So many have complimented my flowers and cannot believe they are wood! I love the fact that I will have them for years to come. Wonderful experience! Shelly was such a pleasure to work with and my wood florals are absolutely beautiful. She offered to set up if needed communication was breath through the process. I would 10/10 recommend Fluttering Bloom Designs.
