This class was truly transformative. Even though I’ve already had two children, I feel so much more prepared for this upcoming birth because of the depth of education and the incredible resources that were provided throughout the course. They gain the skills needed for a calm, empowered birth through hypnosis, and also the core childbirth education necessary to understand their options and make informed decisions. I highly recommend this course! I had my baby in 2023 with the midwives at Methodist Hospital and I had the intention to prepare for a birth with minimal interventions. This course was so empowering and I so appreciated having tools to ground me when preparing for labor. I really appreciated having the recorded hypnobirthing tracks and I listened to them frequently in the bath or in bed leading up to labor. The Flutterby class was incredible in helping me prepare for my birth. I entered labor with tactics of pain management, a strong plan in place of the interventions I would want, and ended up having the most wonderful, calm birth I could have ever imagined! The content and coursework truly prepared me, and I plan to retake it with my second birth! I highly recommend it to all!
