My partner was referred by our general dentist for wisdom tooth extraction here and so after MANY attempts of trying to schedule an appointment via phone we finally were able to get one after 2 weeks of calling and then got scheduled 2 weeks later for a consultation. I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed here. I would highly highly recommend emailing instead of calling because they have a ton of patients calling and you would just be waiting 2 billion years waiting for someone to pick up your call. I only communicated with them through email and I would always get a reply within a day so yeah they check their email often and definitely reply.
