a Fab place by for llove ones why you have everything you could want three meals a day a library an exercise room a movie theater a large size television downstairs in the lounge and just wonderful people to help you out especially if you are elderly!
My mom thanks me every time I visit her for placing her in the most wonderful residence. She has made many new friends and the staff are all wonderful, caring people who work there for many many years which just shows their dedication. I am a nurse and am able to assess these things with accuracy.
My grandmother was neglected and was made worse there. After failing to answer her phone for a day, we called the front desk to check on her. They said they sent someone up and she was fine. The next day, still no answer so we came to check. She was laying, dazed and dehydrated, in her bathroom where she had fallen two days earlier.
