They told me my wait time was 7 hours….
I got to the emergency room a little over 2 o’clock in the morning. It’s 5:34 AM. Still waiting this emergency room sucks gonna have to file a complaint.
The ER should be closed immediately or at least taken off the 911 system. The few staff there were very incompetent The one doctor was very good but only saw him briefly. The triage nurse didn’t even ask me a question. No eye contact with any patient She just took info from ambulance driver. It took about ten hours to take blood EKG and chest X-ray. This hospital is terrible My son has medical condition and he wait more the 5 hours, he struggled to breathe, they moved us tree times in Different beds, and they don't do anything send him home and just saying tomorrow contact your pediatrician she will know what to do.
We arrived at the emergency department at 6:30 PM because my sister was experiencing severe stomach pain. People come to the ER expecting their pain and suffering to be treated quickly and seriously. It's now almost 10 PM and we are still waiting for a doctor to see her. The nurse first called her to ask about her symptoms and the second time to gather insurance information.
