Don’t recommend this place to anyone who wants to do endoscopy or colonoscopy! Staffs are no patient and very unprofessional at all. They make patients wait for hours and no explanation. They rush through their steps this is ridiculously!
Let's face it, no one is excited to have a coloscopy. Nevertheless, I had a great experience. All the staff was great & very helpful. Once I got my gown on & was place in the staging area the staff kept checking on me offering blankets and just in general making sure I was comfortable. Dr. Lee, the anesthesiologist was so kind and had a calming effect even before she administered the drugs LOL. Dr. Yao is a phenomenal doctor. He and his staff are extremely thorough and take their time diagnosing and treating their patients. Will definitely return. Worth the wait!
Dr. Yao was great, very attentive and alwayys on point when it comes to advice. I am very happy ro be one of his patients.
