On the day of the procedure, I arrived at 10 AM and checked in right away. Within a few minutes, I was taken to the changing room, then to the staging area. Shortly after, I was brought into the procedure room, which had a large TV screen, and there were four staff members there, including the anesthesiologist and gastroenterologist. Hi, I’m Roxanne Alicea and I just wanted to give her things as I continue With Dr Wang just wanted to give him a shout out and how he has been very good with all of my procedures and God bless him and how he is always very friendly kind and all of the other staff that is apart I want to give them things as well as it continued to go there and have always felt good and comfortable and Safe as they take care of me so good when every time I go there I appreciate your Doctor see you soon
Don’t recommend this place to anyone who wants to do endoscopy or colonoscopy! Staffs are no patient and very unprofessional at all. They make patients wait for hours and no explanation. They rush through their steps this is ridiculously!
Let's face it, no one is excited to have a coloscopy. Nevertheless, I had a great experience. All the staff was great & very helpful. Once I got my gown on & was place in the staging area the staff kept checking on me offering blankets and just in general making sure I was comfortable. Dr. Lee, the anesthesiologist was so kind and had a calming effect even before she administered the drugs LOL. Dr. Yao is a phenomenal doctor. He and his staff are extremely thorough and take their time diagnosing and treating their patients. Will definitely return. Worth the wait!
