Just to be transparent, I am not a client of the bank (well, not yet). I went into the bank on Black Friday with a quick question about parking and Levil who was at the front was just so friendly. He introduced himself politely and also helped me with my question. I really like how I was treated. Imagine if I am his client! I am seriously considering opening an account with Level in the future!
I walked pass by this Flushing Bank last week and saw a sign with promotion for a new checking account, so I went inside to inquire about it. Levil at the front desk was very helpful - explained to me all the details about the promotion, and each step involved in the account opening process. I didn’t open the account at the visit because I didn’t have the documents needed. However, I didn’t feel any pressure from Levil. I am impressed with Levil’s professionalism. For this, I will go back to this bank again!
I visited the branch to ask about the new checking account cash promotion and was very happy with the service. Levil and Clara at the front desk were super helpful and I will be opening an account in the future!

Every few months or so, this bank sponsors some kind of live podcast/radio show/promotional event in Chinese only where they loudly broadcast some hosts and music on the street for hours. I live in a city, I understand and accept that street noise is a fact of life: but they do this obscenely loudly (far more loudly than any other promotional events anywhere in the neighborhood) with no regard for the neighbors.
