Every few months or so, this bank sponsors some kind of live podcast/radio show/promotional event in Chinese only where they loudly broadcast some hosts and music on the street for hours. I live in a city, I understand and accept that street noise is a fact of life: but they do this obscenely loudly (far more loudly than any other promotional events anywhere in the neighborhood) with no regard for the neighbors. I’m used to walking into banks, getting ignored and waiting long wait times before getting any assistance. The employees, especially Johnny was very attentive and aided me with service right away. He helped answer all the questions I had and was very professional. I will most definitely recommend him to everyone who needs banking help!
Had a great experience at this Flushing Bank branch. Service was great especially by Johnny. He is a knowledgeable banker and addressed all my questions and concerns. Johnny was also super professional which I truly appreciate. Overall just a very pleasant experience!
