Bad customer service in the phone
Ever heard about going into the bank and making sure the check you have will clear? in this bank it does not exist. better banks out there... about 22 of them on this avenue. choose another one...
This is one of my favorite banks for different reasons! Let me tell y’all first that I know what’s banking customer service from both sides of the cake, since I work as banker for a big bank. So whenever it comes to customer service, I try to be demanding and challenging. The service I got in this location and from Banker Lewis was simply great! And actually caught me enough to roll over some of my savings and services to Flushing Bank. Lewis went all above and beyond and also asked plenty of questions to clarify my concern... read more
