I’ve been a member for Flushing Savings Bank for more than 30 years. I followed them from branch to branch because of their good customer service through the years they’ve had exceptional employees (Punam, Sophia, Maria) and so many others through the years. They have always gone above and beyond. I still receive great customer service Gisele and Edwin and the other associates are amazing. Always greeting you with a smile and always willing to help when needed. Thank you for all that you do.

Bad service I visited the bank Dec 31 today. At 3:15 pm They said closed for new year eve. No sign at all all of windows and on line. I check online before visit. It show close at 4 PM
