The whole experience from the sauna to my first colonic was truly satisfying. Emma and Kate are experts on their field and make it safe and rewarding. I felt lighter and clear thinking after my sessions, sauna followed by colonic combined with the 16 day 4 point detox. I was approximately a week in with the detox when I did my colonic. Highly recommend this amazing team and practice.
Kate is a first class practitioner. I had multiple consecutive treatments at Flushed With Health that were transformative and deeply nourishing. The combination of colonic and sauna is excellent. My gut has never felt better. Kate is a wealth of knowledge on health and nutrition. She also has a wonderful safe energy that make the treatments easeful and restorative. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

I was referred to Kate about 6 years ago as part of a dietician plan I was working with at the time. I was at the start of my journey learning about the importance of gut health and the implications it has on all parts of life and the idea of colonic irrigation was foreign to me and I was a little apprehensive about it.
