Just wasn't digging it.
Best hot smoked salmon I've ever had and I've been eating it regularly for over 30 years. The candied salmon is phenomenal, often candied salmon is hard and even a bit dry, this stuff was soft and almost creamy it was very very good. Im hoping to work my way through the rest of their products but these two alone secure a solid 5 star rating from me.
Easily the best smoked fish we've ever had. We have requests from family to ship it all over Canada!
The guy is mildly rude and has poor communication skills, when you ask what is wild and what is farmed. He goes on a tangent about how they prefer to work with farmed fish. Instead of just showing the customers what they are looking for. He doesnt simply answer yes or no to what is wild. He throws salmon names at you and expects you to know the diffrence. I feel like he wants me to be confused, shut up, and but the farmed fish. His wife pays more attention and correct him when he is suggesting thing that are farmed as wild. ... read more
