I had a poor experience with this vendor today at The Campbell River market. When I asked what species of salmon he was selling. He replied Atlantic. When I politely declined to buy farmed salmon he became angry and said that I was giving him attitude. None of the packaging for his product indicated that this was farmed fish. It didnt help that his truck was parked in the only handicapped parking spot for the market surrounded by traffic cones. He didn’t look handicapped to me.

Great place to stop and grab the smoked salmon! We ate it nearly immediately and it was delucious! I had bought the teriaky and original, both were a good choice. It can be little difficult to find it. Go futher inside the fish harbour and wave for stuf, they go out to serve you.

Best hot smoked salmon I've ever had and I've been eating it regularly for over 30 years. The candied salmon is phenomenal, often candied salmon is hard and even a bit dry, this stuff was soft and almost creamy it was very very good. Im hoping to work my way through the rest of their products but these two alone secure a solid 5 star rating from me.
