Ordered light cover on Amazon. Measured per instructions. Received cover that did not fit and was different measurement. Fluorolite Plastics LLC would not refund. They did request pictures. A few days later offered to send me new cover for $89.99. Would not issue a return for the unusable cover that cost $94.99. They state non-refundable. When they send you wrong size and then offer you another one for more money do they think that is quality service. This is NOT customer service.

I highly recommend Fluorolite, I received my lens today, and it was prefect, the packaging was first class, it was mark fragile and it was secured inside the package so there was no chance of movement. They are a first class company and would not let order the lens until they had all the dimensions for the lens to fit the fixture, their customer service keep me informed and when it was shipped notified me as to the date it would be delivered. I had a mixed experience with this company. The part that I ordered didn't fit, unfortunately, and I was charged almost double the quoted shipping charge (i.e., there were hidden fees). I did receive a refund for these fees about a month later.

I needed a replacement light cover for a 4-tube kitchen light fixture. I knew it wouldn't be easy to find, because it's an older style light. I found Fluorolite through a web search, and their website led me right to the needed light cover. I called them because I had a measurement sizing question, and they answered it promptly and that gave me the confidence to place the order.
