The first lens they sent to me arrived broken, it was not packaged properly. They refused to refund my money. They stole $96.00 from me. My Son found a replacement lens locally for far less money. I am now stuck with a broken lens from merchant and they have my $96.00. This is a scam outfit. BEWARE.
10/10 business. I ordered 2 replacement pieces for a light fixture in our kitchen. 1 came cracked due to shipping. Reached out to customer service and they were super fast to send out a replacement. The replacement piece was beyond well packaged and arrived safely with no cracks. I highly recommend this business
Amazing customer service!!! They accidentally sent me the wrong size, but the return process was top notch. All I had to do was take a picture and they had the right ones shipped out to me within the the hour. Lifetime customer here.
Not the fastest delivery, but the spec was exact and the price was fair. Difinitely recommend, thanks!
