The service my father received at the front desk from Ms. Shannon Bailey a few days ago was appalling and highly unprofessional. This is not the first time we have experienced this with this individual; I have already heard complaints from other people regarding the same issue with her. She is extremely rude. People like that should not be working with the public.
Did a catering delivery here. I can't remember the ladies name. But she was very sweet & stayed on the phone with me to direct me to the correct location. The gig app has the wrong location set on the app.
