Everyone studies hard to become an engineer. But, my experience with this company is truly disappointing. There are some major flaws in how things work here. Firstly, they are mostly racist- if you have an accent you will be a target. Secondly, lack of transparency-they talk very negatively about employees behind their back. First off, I have never used their engineering services, so I cannot speak about it, and this review does not cover it. However what I would like to comment on is how absolutely rude, condescending one of their front staff or "receptionist" are. I was completely lost and turned around trying to get to South calgary and it is my first time in the area, so I thought to get into the building and just cross the building to get to the other side. This company has a nice show policy on the outside. But here are the flaws within leadership team lack of transparency, lack of empathy, shares employee personal information to 3rd party organizations without seeking consent, and don’t be baffled if they target someone and conduct social experiments.
