Awesome workplace
Fluor runs projects that aren’t guaranteed and will make you second guess the job yourself. You’re hired for a title that does not correlate. Management will always criticize your worth ethic and does not help the team and changes their mind the next. No communication and the culture is not professional with gas lighting. HR is a joke. Please find another EPC company that does not run out your mental health and have to work 50 plus hours a week. If you have a family- reconsider.
