The place was no where near warm and inviting the front desk lady Stephanie at the Jackson location was a class act! She was rude and without a doubt unprofessional! She was extremely fake and I must say it made me sick the whole time I was in the waiting area and she is the only reason I will not be returning to Fluke hearing again!
