Stay away from their pool heaters. Our pool gas heater stopped working after the first year, their warranty came out, "fixed" it, and broke again within weeks. Claim warranty again and they refused. Never touching their products again.
This is updated to confirm it is not a review for the staff or management at this outlet, but the fluidra itself. Cannot recommend buying from this company. We had an expensive heater that initially seemed to have lots of issues, but all they needed to do was fix one little part. As it turned out, there was a recall on it, but it was still sold to us and they took too long before finally replacing it, as they tried to dodge responsibility. It shouldn't have been that hard. At least they fixed it ... eventually.

Still waiting after 2 months for a warranty claim on a zodiac heater to be resolved. Trying to get in contact with anyone from this company is virtually impossible and when you do know one can provide you with any answers. I shouldn’t be surprised though as it took them 3 months to fix a pump problem last year ! How a company can be this poorly run and still survive is staggering, one can only assume that they survive on warranty claims alone as this kind of customer service certainly would not win you repeat customers. My Experience with Fluidra was excellent. Yes I had a problem with a Pool Robot. I completed the warranty claim and straight away received an automated reply, then a second reply with the process of a service agent visit, day and time ALL WITHIN 24hrs of my claim. I then was contacted direct by phone, text and e-mail confirming that Nick was the service agent.
