Terrible experience. Would not honor the warranty. We got an independent person to inspect the problem and they said it was definitely a manufacturing fault but the company found every excuse to not fulfill the warranty. If I could re buy the product I would definitely choose someone else.

Don’t really have a problem with the business but they have 30 parking spots open and I still get a letter on my car. Where am I supposed to park when I’m in your shop?

Stay away from their pool heaters. Our pool gas heater stopped working after the first year, their warranty came out, "fixed" it, and broke again within weeks. Claim warranty again and they refused. Never touching their products again.

This is updated to confirm it is not a review for the staff or management at this outlet, but the fluidra itself. Cannot recommend buying from this company. We had an expensive heater that initially seemed to have lots of issues, but all they needed to do was fix one little part. As it turned out, there was a recall on it, but it was still sold to us and they took too long before finally replacing it, as they tried to dodge responsibility. It shouldn't have been that hard. At least they fixed it ... eventually.
