This location is Trade only. Great customer service. Thanks guys! Can get pretty busy, especially in the mornings. Aug 2025 - A new staff member has joined the Trade counter team, helping to speed up the visit.

Darko Davidovic, truly inspirational. Down and out trying to source a part from several consumers who all sounded like a broken record - 'We can't get that in anymore. The part is no longer available.' True to their words Fluidra confirmed this but not to be beaten Darko, somehow, from somewhere (hat?) and though 4 months of unwavering tenacity went by delivered that discontinued part (not a rabbit). Thank you. This gentleman is more than a Consumer Support Associate. I commend your service. Where can I find more Darko's?

They resolved a warranty issue within a couple of days through a very convenient digital process. No phone calls or back-and-forth, I’m truly appreciative of the very speedy and convenient outcome. Thank you.
