Contrary to what a lot of people have said about Fluidra, I had a warranty claim that was resolved immediately and very professionally. Based on my experience I would happily recommend them.
Been trying to follow up a warranty and have been on hold for 1.5 hours (still on hold)
Spoke with Danni in customer support, she was able to track my order down straight away. Give her a raise/promotion!!! She was switched on and dealt with my problem swiftly.
Do not buy their products. Overpriced and not up to standard. Warranties are a joke and are the master of spin if you have a problem. Find a better quality brand with better customer service
