Darko Davidovic, truly inspirational. Down and out trying to source a part from several consumers who all sounded like a broken record - 'We can't get that in anymore. The part is no longer available.' True to their words Fluidra confirmed this but not to be beaten Darko, somehow, from somewhere (hat?) and though 4 months of unwavering tenacity went by delivered that discontinued part (not a rabbit). Thank you. This gentleman is more than a Consumer Support Associate. I commend your service. Where can I find more Darko's?

I rang customer service almost as a last resort based on life experiences... My call was answered promptly and politely and the technician talked me through trouble-shooting the device via a video-link and rectified the issue. It was refreshing to find a company that stood behind their product and gave an accurate and honest assessment of the issue.
