Saturday morning, I rushed up to see about a hydraulic hose repair for the first time ever. Didn't know what to expect, but the knowledge and wisdom and generosity of the service tech behind the counter was amazing. Repaired in 5 minutes and I was out the door. Well, later that day I ended up overtightening the hose fitting and broke the fitting. So today (Monday morning) I returned to see about ANOTHER repair. After about six tries and six weeks of waiting they got it right. But on the bright side my tractor is working. Nice people
I took my hydraulic hose with metric fittings to have them convert my chinese hydraulic hose to a standard American hydraulic hose with standard fittings. Cody looked at what I had and what I wanted to do and came up with a plan to cut the metal line off the old hose and braze a new standard fitting to attach a new hose. Cody was awesome, friendly and smart! He did an amazing job! I definitely will be going back whenever I need parts for my hydraulic car lift! Thank you Cody!
