I absolutely love the facials provided by Ms. Christine P.; every session is incredibly relaxing, and she leaves my skin glowing. Similarly, Ms. Cheryl N. is amazing. After a brief two-minute chat, she perfectly understood my preferences and delivered exactly the haircut I wanted. However, my experience was dampened by the VIP program. Took my Mom here today and Danielle did her relaxation massage - she loved it! Danielle came out to update me that my Mom would be ready soon and was concerned about her leg pain. I’ve also been here many times for facials and massages - love this spot. Definitely one of the best spas in the lower mainland, love the waiting area you can lounge in and there’s a sauna too! Always have a great experience.
