Disappointed in the experience I had during their 50% off facial promotion. I explained several reasons to them that led me to think I would get the promotion and also my difficulty with their booking system. The receptionist essentially told me I would get a credit only to be left a voicemail hours later saying I wouldn’t. Horrible front desk and hair stylist .Magda ruined my hair color and she is so unprofessional and when I complained about it to the front desk , the receptionist told me to go home and get your hair color from somewhere else next time. My money and time was wasted. Disgusting and pathetic and shameful behaviour. Never go to Fluid. Unprofessional service and unhygienic as well.
