Genuine experience from Ryan this morning has made my life easier, I’m currently going through Chemotherapy and having my hot water fail has been a major problem, sent through my request around 9am, Zoe called to confirm my booking and Ryan was at my house within 1 hour. Corey was a great bloke, he was good around the kids and it was clear he was more concerned about being careful around the asbestos and making sure everything would be done right. So much so that we advised if the installation was going to be done it would have to be him that does it as he built trust very quickly. We called Fluid Plumbing for a blockage which affected two toilets. Being a long weekend we were very happy to have a trademen come out and fix the issue. It is very hard to judge how long a job will take. But the Tradesmen kept updating on delays with other jobs he had been allocated. A complementary camera inspection was carried out to find out if there was any others issues. A split pipe was detected. Tomorrow the plumbers will be back to repair the split pipe. Couldn’t be happier. Fluid Plumbing were great. They kept me informed by sms and phone calls as to when the plumber would be here. The plumber was very polite and explained things to me very well. All good and will certainly use them again.
