My first Occassion in leaving review for business “Fluid Motion “. From first visit to practice, i was pleasantly surprised by warmth of Receptionist & how professional my first appointment proceeded. Office area modern , great layout. Quite practice area with good lighting. I like their approach to follow up appointments with their friendly reminders. Very happy with Professional service, First contact does count, Fluid Motion passed my test hands down. Well done to all.

Have seen the lovely Birgit for massages and dry needling. She was outstanding. I highly recommend her as a masseuse. Her deep knowledge and understanding of the anatomy was extremely helpful in treating my injuries. A great experience from a highly skilled and extremely kind human.
As a runner, and generally active person, I highly recommend Alison and the team. They always listen to my concerns and are kind and thoughtful during treatments. I appreciate the advice I receive on modifying and maintaining my fitness routine which has meant I can stay active and work towards my fitness goals!
