Amazing little gem of a gym! Been a member here for over 6 years. It's a great spot to get a solid workout in a meticulously clean and chill space. Chris is a fantastic owner who checks in with the members regularly, and also has upgraded the space recently. Can't recommend this gym enough!
Fluid Motion is a great gym. It is a smaller but has everything you need to get a good workout/lift done. It is always so clean. Chris is also awesome. He is very easy to communicate with!
Excellent facility. The easy 24 access make it very convenient and the equipment is diverse and all in great shape
Good space to do cardio and free weights. Easy access 24/7. Need a fan in the weight area though.
Best gym in town!!!
