I've been coming here for years now. Recently, the owner redid the ENTIRE interior of the gym. New/updated equipment, new lighting, walls, front area. The place went from an average gym, to something comparable to a resort gym. This place is nicer than the Marriot I've lifted at in California. If you're looking for something that's close to University for the best bang for buck, want something quiet and personal, supportive and local, definitely recommend fluid motion.

I love Fluid Motion Fitness!!! As an Integrative medicine doctor and former personal trainer, I highly recommend that all of my patients engage in strength training and Fluid Motion Fitness is the perfect gym for all levels. It's uncrowded, super clean, and has laid back vibe unlike the bigger gyms I've gone to in the past. It's a non-intimidating environment and has top notch equipment. Amazing little gem of a gym! Been a member here for over 6 years. It's a great spot to get a solid workout in a meticulously clean and chill space. Chris is a fantastic owner who checks in with the members regularly, and also has upgraded the space recently. Can't recommend this gym enough!

Fluid Motion is a great gym. It is a smaller but has everything you need to get a good workout/lift done. It is always so clean. Chris is also awesome. He is very easy to communicate with!

Excellent facility. The easy 24 access make it very convenient and the equipment is diverse and all in great shape
