Kijrstin is wonderful! She is so relaxing to talk to and she is amazing with her energy work. I love my sessions with her and find them extremely therapeutic, physically and mentally!
The massage was very relaxing with focus on correct/troubing areas, in my case the shoulder/bicep and related areas down to the wrist and hand. Loosening tight areas and swelling in the wrist and hand. I have been experiencing nerve troubles, impaired movement and loss of strength in the hand/fingers. I am experiencing good improvement from my last 2 sessions. I will continue to work with Kirjsten on this issue.
The massage was excellent, very siithing and relaxing. In the past, Kirsjten has help with a knee issue. She loosened up the tendons and gave me an excercise/stretch to do that helped eliminate the soreness/tightness
Kijrstin is absolutely wonderful. Very curios and collects needed information to help with your issue, attentive and her technique is the best. 5 stars and will (and have) returned for more therapy.
Kijrstin is wonderful and great at what she does. I always leave her sessions feeling better and with less tension in my neck and jaw. Highly recommend booking an appointment!
