The massage was excellent, very siithing and relaxing. In the past, Kirsjten has help with a knee issue. She loosened up the tendons and gave me an excercise/stretch to do that helped eliminate the soreness/tightness
Kijrstin is absolutely wonderful. Very curios and collects needed information to help with your issue, attentive and her technique is the best. 5 stars and will (and have) returned for more therapy.
Kijrstin is wonderful and great at what she does. I always leave her sessions feeling better and with less tension in my neck and jaw. Highly recommend booking an appointment!
I have been receiving massages from Kijrsten for over a year now. She is very conscious of what issues you are experiencing, working in that session to help you find relief. I have been having therapy at Fluid Motion for over a year now. Kjirsten is amazing! She is gentle yet firm pressure. She seems to just know when I need her to go a little deeper into the tissue. And...she lets me bring my own essential oils to add to her carrier so that I can have my aromatherapy at the same time.
