Craniosacral Therapy, is a discipline wherein the efficacity of practitioners can vary wildly. For what it's worth, my opinion of this practitioner is indeed five stars. I am finding the exact same relief I found with the now retired Dr. Lambertson, the only other cranialsacral therapist to have helped me heal in the past. Kijrstin is wonderful! She is so relaxing to talk to and she is amazing with her energy work. I love my sessions with her and find them extremely therapeutic, physically and mentally!
The massage was very relaxing with focus on correct/troubing areas, in my case the shoulder/bicep and related areas down to the wrist and hand. Loosening tight areas and swelling in the wrist and hand. I have been experiencing nerve troubles, impaired movement and loss of strength in the hand/fingers. I am experiencing good improvement from my last 2 sessions. I will continue to work with Kirjsten on this issue.
