The treatment I received from Kijrstin was exceptional. I have several issues with my spine and she was able to release tension in my spine and back muscles. I have not experienced that from any other therapist I have visited. The best part was that the treatment held and I had more mobility than usual. Her technique is gentle, but totally effective. I will be having treatments from her on a routine basis. Highly recommend.

Kijrstin is gentle-spirited, warm, and accommodating. Her space is very cozy and calming. I've enjoyed receiving CST treatment from her, and have also taken my young child to her. She was prepared with toys and got down on his level to help him feel comfortable while warming up. I've really enjoyed working with her and would definitely recommend her to others!
Kijrstin does an amazing job! She has such a calm, relaxing way that completely transfers to the body work she does. I always come out feeling so much more relaxed and loosened up.
Craniosacral Therapy, is a discipline wherein the efficacity of practitioners can vary wildly. For what it's worth, my opinion of this practitioner is indeed five stars. I am finding the exact same relief I found with the now retired Dr. Lambertson, the only other cranialsacral therapist to have helped me heal in the past.
