Outstanding! This is the second time Donald has done work for me and he is excellent. He is friendly, knowledgeable, reliable, professional and punctual. First job was electrical with a sparking socket and the next job was an outside pipe leak from first floor flat. He sorted both quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend!
Had Donald come out to fix my hot water after weeks without it. He very quickly came out and resolved the issue within 30 minutes. He was very friendly and throughly explained what was going on, how he was going to fix it and the costs along the way which were are all very reasonably priced. He had to come back to install something which he did very promptly. Very impressive level of service by Fluid Heating Service. We got to know them a few months ago when we moved to a new home, and we counted on them for several jobs both big and small. Incredibly reliable and effective all the time. Totally recommended!
Highly recommended Donald of Fluid Heating always goes the extra mile. He has been extraordinarily helpful in installing Thermaskirt and supporting me with attempting to find a leak in a new air source heat pump installation which wasn’t his installation; but the installer stopped communicating with me so I was relying on Donald and he didn’t fail me. He is a good communicator and is very reliable.
