Highly recommended Donald of Fluid Heating always goes the extra mile. He has been extraordinarily helpful in installing Thermaskirt and supporting me with attempting to find a leak in a new air source heat pump installation which wasn’t his installation; but the installer stopped communicating with me so I was relying on Donald and he didn’t fail me. He is a good communicator and is very reliable.
Donald at Fluid Heating services really came through for us at very short notice, given we had a newborn baby in the house and had no heating or hot water due to a gas leak. He took extra care to cause as little disruption to us as possible, which was no mean feat given it was a fully tiled floor. Leak found, repaired and kitchen back in service in no time. Donald recently completed the installation of our new boiler and it was excellent service from start to finish. All the work was carried with minimal disruption to our house and ensured we were left with heating and hot water at the end of the day. The finish to the new boiler installation was much better that what we had before and the whole area looks much neater, the boiler runs almost silently and has reduced our energy bills. Have already recommended Donald to several friends and colleagues!!
