Had Donald come out to fix my hot water after weeks without it. He very quickly came out and resolved the issue within 30 minutes. He was very friendly and throughly explained what was going on, how he was going to fix it and the costs along the way which were are all very reasonably priced. Highly recommended Donald of Fluid Heating always goes the extra mile. He has been extraordinarily helpful in installing Thermaskirt and supporting me with attempting to find a leak in a new air source heat pump installation which wasn’t his installation; but the installer stopped communicating with me so I was relying on Donald and he didn’t fail me. He is a good communicator and is very reliable.
Donald at Fluid Heating services really came through for us at very short notice, given we had a newborn baby in the house and had no heating or hot water due to a gas leak. He took extra care to cause as little disruption to us as possible, which was no mean feat given it was a fully tiled floor. Leak found, repaired and kitchen back in service in no time.
