Nothing but the best people and service. They helped my sister and me more than they probably realize. We were in a pinch, and they went out of their way to accommodate us. Shea also shared so much helpful insight and real-world experience about the coffee shop industry more than we could have asked for. This place is family-run, and you can truly feel that in the care, support, and genuine kindness they show.

Would not recommend. They do not respond to work requests or are open during posted open hours. I went out of my way during my work day to get my machine fixed and could not get in contact with anyone. I will instead drive up north to the other coffee repair company. They got back to me within the day with a quote and offer less expensive fees/services.
My rocket appartamento was overheating, then wouldn’t turn on entirely. Just got it back from fluid, and it’s working like it’s brand new! (I’ve had it for 5+ years). I paid a very fair price for the fix and customer service was top tier. I live a few hours away and could only pick it up after store hours, and they were accommodating enough to meet me over the weekend. Great experience altogether
