Update: I'm impressed with how quickly the owner reached out and I appreciated her response to make things right. Thank you! Made an appointment for Aug 31st, after reviewing the reviews I decided to cancel it. They keep your deposit - ridiculous. Why do you have to keep the deposits when someone cancels with 2 weeks notice? Out of principal I will never use this establishment.
Didn’t do what I wanted. A lot of gaps and didn’t make them as fully of fluffy as I wanted, paid $160, for something that I did not want
I have been going here for 2 years for my lashes and I get them done by the owner Zee. She does phenomenal work! She is very patient and understanding if you want to change something with your lashes. They also offer facials — the RF(radio frequency) facials have been my go to over the last few months. The environment at Fluffed Up Artistry is always very welcoming, you can chat with the girls or have a nap while getting your service done.
I was supposed to get a brow shaping done. The person thinned my brows completely. And make them super uneven. Now I’m waiting 2 months to go get it done by someone else
I've been going here for years, I get lash extensions pretty regularly but I've also had my brows waxed, and I'm excited that they now offer facials! The environment here is always warm and welcoming - and physically warm in the winter months with bed warmers! Zee and the senior staff here really know their stuff and are true artists.
