Cancelling my account after 60 months has become a nightmare! It appears I am going to have to take Fluent to court due to games being played around my cancelling.
Garbage security company. They want to continue charging me double what other companies cost for only door sensors. I’ve been told I can’t buy myself out of my contract, even though it ended 6 months ago. We stopped using the cameras over a year ago cause they wouldn’t even pick up delivery drivers at the front door.
Fluent home is a big disappointment they will auto renew you contract with out your consent and they will never tell you about the auto renew! If you don’t cancel 30 days before your contact date! They suck they are thieves
Do not use fluent home services at all. You can never get service when you need it when you call for help you were on hold for hours when they finally call you back they do not even confirm your account I have left messages and it has been 14 days and no one has still called me back terrible service terrible equipment
Never was able to reach anyone about a issue with my system. Probably hasn’t been in business in months and they have not let there customers know. They just keep taking your payments. Do not buy anything from them! I had not been protected for months. Looking back I saw issues and just didn’t want to see them at the time. I saying at least fall of 2020
