Terrible service. We did a home remodel back in October and had to move our panel to e different wall. Had to disconnect service till we completed remodel. Completed it by end of November and we still have no service. They use third party installers and when they show up they don’t have the parts to get service working. They are always going to call me back but never do. Can’t contact Fluent because their mail box is always full. Will never use them again.

I normally don't write reviews; however, I feel that the only right thing to do to warn people about this company warrants one. Their secuirty system rarely works, they make little to no effort in resolving the issue. They insist on only resolving the issues over the phone without any technicians being sent out. Over the course of the year that we've been with the company, we've had a technician out only two times with no resolution to any of the mulitple discrepancies we have encountered. I am not happy with Fluent Security. I signed up with them and initially had some problems that were ultimately resolved. Then I heard from my former provider who offered me half price to come back to them. I tried, but learned I had unawaredly signed a long term contract and they would not price match. For this reason I do not recommend them. Richard Desjardin was my contact with Fluent.

Don't get this service. They claim to be all over the US but that's not true. I moved to Austin and it took them over a month to get a 3rd party contractor to set it up. I was without service that whole time. They also lock you in to a 5 year contract with absurd cancellation fee. After 20+ months I tried to cancel because I was moving in with a roommate after divorce and they wanted to charge me 80% of my remaining contract which was over $2,500!!!! Criminals!!!
