Ross was great, turned up when he said he would, which makes a nice change. Very friendly, professional and efficient. He didn't mind explaining what he was doing, in terms I could understand. Ross provides a good, valued service. He even cleaned out some of the gutters for me when he was on the roof. I have no problem contacting Ross the next time we need an electrician.Â
