Very disappointed with my recent visit to Fluent in Fort Myers. I purchased a 1g distillate cartridge that was clearly defective — it tasted extremely burnt and was unusable. When I returned just a few hours later to explain the issue, I was met with rude customer service and was told there was nothing they could do as fluent doesn’t exchange or return items. As a medical patient, I expected better care and accountability just like every other dispensary does. Will not be returning.
Jade was awesome. My order was ready and waiting. I was also asked if I wanted to add to the order. Very pleasant experience with Jade. 😊
