Recently referred to them for speech therapy. They are quick to respond, initially was told that we would be waitlisted since our insurance was a Medicaid plan..Called to clarify we are NOT a state insurance plan but was told they are still waitlisting based on our carrier even though we are in network. Did not get a good reason why and felt like who I spoke to was uncomfortable or didnt realky know why they arent accepting a private insurance plan thats in network - hoping this review helps us get some clarification!
Words honestly couldn’t express my gratitude towards fluens and especially the AMAZING Kami Lopez!! She has been such a godsend for me and my son! I would recommend this place to anyone struggling with their child’s speech development. They are very flexible with scheduling and always such a delight to deal with. I would bring my son to see them even if I moved away. Thank you so much you guys! Love you Kami
Fluens Children’s Speech Therapy has been a wonderful place for my son. He is autistic and has been receiving speech therapy here for over a year, and we are incredibly grateful for the care and dedication of the entire team.
