Booked appointment three times. Each time said had the fireplace insert then, on day of appointment, did not, so cancelled (first excuse was emergency, second and third were actually no insert to install). Yes. Three times. (I know, I am an idiot for not stopping at twice) Mike from the company is STILL emailing me to try to set up a 4th appointment! LOL!
